Product Design Procurement

We tailor-make everyday objects like we design our space.
It begins with hand sketches, ensuring the design is simple yet elegant, in good proportion, has symmetry & the right balance and more importantly, it is malleable. The rest falls into place with the client's input and brief, branding finishes, colours and other vital details. We manage the procurement process from design, shop drawings, sampling, quality check, packaging, transit and site delivery.
Our Design & Procurement team works with local suppliers & workshops, and if required, we are able to source recycled, reclaimed and salvaged timbers to be installed by our project partners. Our selection process will ensure they meet all the required performance standards and is fit for purpose.

Custom Branding

Custom branding is readily available to our clients. We have all the workflows in place to deliver a unique design with highly detailed aesthetics to suit client's styling requirements. With a relatively low minimum order for handmade crockery, there is the ability to create a unique set for each project inclusive of custom branding & colours.

Furniture Collection

All products can be custom designed & detailed by the team and are put through a rigorous prototyping process in the factory. We work with tested & tried materials sourced locally and internationally. We select reputable partners for delivery, installation and after-sales sales support.

Stone Design, Supply & Import

Project Black will work with a natural stone material palette and collaborate with local stonemasons to introduce traditional stone art/stone making into the Australian context, connecting corporate to a rich cultural background. This stone has been used widely across Southeast Asia within residential and hospitality projects.

Natural stone is one of the most widely used building materials that boasts character, longevity and performance. There is now greater access, better quality control and consistency for commercial applications. Project Black works with local and international collaborators to source reclaimed and petrified timber for custom projects. The handcrafted nature of these items provide a unique addition to any space.
